It's been a while since my last post. Life has been busy! I thought I'd post some photos of our recent paint job in the downstairs hallway, stairway, and upstairs library. The stairway opens into the library and is a room that is between the two upstairs bedrooms. It doesn't have a door-just a cool open room with some amazing windows. I will post again soon with some photos of the garden.
Our next big project is to refinish the wood floors. *gulp*

That library room with the new paint and short wall of windows is BEAUTIFUL. Love your house! We're just getting settled in a 1916 foursquare that's going to get the full remodeling treatment-- in time. For now, we're just trying to draw up a game plan. Love your place!
I really like how fresh and clean your house feels. I'm thinking about some sage greens, slate blues, and khaki colors for mine. You've just confirmed my color selections. Thanks!
To Kims-thank you for the comment. We adore our library! I'm going to check out your blog!
To Fargo-Thanks for the comment! I love, love, love neutral, earthy colors and was so happy to learn that these were indeed the colors one would have found in a bungalow. I love the warm, yet subtle color they add to our home. They highlight our bungalows features without being too distracting. I'll jump over and check out your home too. Good luck with the painitng!
Hi,
Your color selections are really nice. Can you tell me specifically what you used in your kitchen and hallway?
